Ice cream lovers rejoice – Baskin Robbins announced plans to develop 25 more stores in the Mexican market and 50 stores over the next several years. The deal is part of a master licensing agreement with BRICE, a Mexican company with over 20 years experience in the fast food industry.
Stores will open this month in Cancun and Mexico City, just in time for spring. It remains to be seen where the rest of the outlets will open. The new stores will feature the store redesign which includes improved menus, an expanded “topping station”, and pink spoon door handles.

Good to know they are coming back. We have been in Mexico City for over 8 years and they had stores with Dunkin Donuts but then they all closed down. Looking forward to some good ice cream!
Yes – they used to be all over Mexico City and then closed up a lot of their shops. I think the fact that they partnered with BRICE means they are here to stay this time!
